Process

1) The wastewater journey begins as it enters the artificial grille, where the solid waste in domestic sewage is initially captured and removed by the grille.

2) Subsequently, the flow proceeds to the regulating tank, a crucial step for adjusting both water quality and quantity, before being pumped into the Anaerobic tank by the efficientlifting pump, which ensures smooth transition, allowing anaerobic bacteria to work their magic in decomposing, metabolizing, and digesting the organic matter, significantly reducing its content in the sewage.


3) The process continues as the sewage moves into the anoxic tank, where a submersible agitator is strategically placed to facilitate nitrification and denitrification. This stage synergizes with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, breaking down macromolecular organic particles into smaller, more biodegradable counterparts.
