1. Shredder discription :

      HRXS double shaft shredder adopts automatic control system. The machine with Start, stop, reverse and overload automatic inversion of control function. With features of low speed, large torque, low noise, etc. Bearing the split form, disassembling tool change easy and convenient. Suitable for large, thick and fragile materials.
 

2.Structure Composition:
   a. Shredder body: the main body of the equipment is welded with high-quality steel plate for stress relief treatment / overall machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy load for a long time;
   b. Bearing and seal: the split and easy to disassemble type adopted by the bearing seat can quickly remove the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other components, which is easy to maintain and replace the cutting tool. The unique sealing structure can effectively block the connection between broken objects and grease, and protect the bearings and gears when handling liquid materials;
   c.Moving tool and fixed tool: the moving tool is made of special alloy tool steel forging blank, precision machining, multiple heat treatment and low-temperature freezing and heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent, and can be repaired and used repeatedly to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts hook installation to optimize the tool replacement function.
   d. Cutter shaft: it is made of high-strength and heavy-duty special steel, which can be more reasonably cooperate with the cutter to provide powerful cutting power.
