1) The HRXS series diamond washing plant are designed according to your specific mining conditions and requirements.
2) Feeding system with grizzly hopper feeder, water spray pipes inside the hopper for spray waters to the soils.
3) Heavy duty clay scrubber with inside high pressure water spray pipes for breaking off hard clay. (if required)
4) Double sieve trommel screen with NSK bearings and high pressure water spray pipes on both sides for washing, screening and separating.
5) Double diamond recovery systems to ensure highest recovery rate of diamond (up to 98%).
6) Water supplying systems with multiple sets of big power submersible slurry pumps, hoses, valves, etc.
8) Powering system with Cumins diesel generator with all batteries, cables and wires.
9) Multiple sets of heavy duty mining type tires with towing mechanism for fully mobility and portability.
10) Easy for installation, operation and maintaining.
