3. Main part introduce Land-use Gold Washing Plant Working Principle
The land-use gold and diamond washing plant can be fed by various methods such as loaders, excavators, or manual labor. The raw material first enters the Clay Scrubber, where, with the assistance of high-pressure water, clay is thoroughly broken down to liberate trapped gold and diamond particles. Subsequently, the Trommel Screen classifies the material by particle size, discharging large waste rocks, while the fine material containing gold and diamonds enters the Gold Recovery System.
In the Pulsating Sluice, which separates materials based on differences in density, gold sinks to the bottom and is efficiently captured by the Gold Carpet, making it highly effective for recovering fine gold. If the raw ore contains diamonds or coarse gold, a Jigger can be configured for recovery. The Fixed Chute Bed installed afterward acts as a 'safety net' for scavenging, ensuring maximum recovery rate.
The final products are gold and diamond concentrate and tailings. The overall recovery rate can reach 95%. If further improvement is needed, the tailings can be retreated by adding pumps and pipelines to re-feed the tailings and repeat the above process. To prevent the loss of gold and diamonds during operation, protective gratings and locks can be installed above the sluice.
