Product Description
    This domestic sewage treatment system adopts the A²O (anaerobic - anoxic - aerobic) biological treatment process as the core, supplemented by physical pre-treatment, deep disinfection and sludge disposal units, forming a complete treatment process of "pre-treatment → biochemical treatment → sedimentation and separation → disinfection → sludge treatment". The system design can achieve efficient removal of pollutants such as COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TP and SS in domestic sewage, and the effluent quality can meet the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002) level B and above. The sludge can be disposed of in compliance after treatment.

1. Coarse rack

    As the first physical barrier for the sewage to enter the system, it intercepts floating objects with a diameter of ≥ 5 cm (such as plastic bags, branches, fabrics, etc.) in the sewage, preventing subsequent pump blockages and pipeline entanglements, and reducing the risk of equipment failure.

2. Fine rack

3. Pump well + Booster pump

    Function: The pump well is used to temporarily store the sewage that has passed through the coarse screen filter, to balance the fluctuation of incoming water volume; the booster pump lifts the sewage to the subsequent screen sedimentation tank, overcoming the elevation limitation of the gravity flow process, and ensuring the continuous operation of the system.

- Pump well: Specifications: Ø1.8m (diameter) × 2m (depth), effective volume approximately 5.09m³, capable of meeting the demand for short-term water volume adjustment.

- Booster Pump (WQ80-10-4):
▪ Model: WQ80-10-4 (Submersible Sewage Pump, suitable for sewage containing a small amount of impurities)
▪ Key Parameters: Flow Rate 80m³/h, Head 10m, Power 4KW
▪ Supplementary Equipment: Coupling device (facilitates installation, disassembly and maintenance of the pump body), Guide Rod (guides the up and down movement of the pump body to ensure precise coupling)

4. Grate sedimentation tank

    Process Function: Further remove the smaller-sized suspended solids (SS) and sand particles in the wastewater. The fine screen is used to intercept impurities with a particle size of ≤ 1mm. The sand separation function is employed to separate the denser sand particles (such as quartz sand, crushed stones, etc.) to prevent the sand particles from entering the biochemical reactor, which could cause equipment wear and a decrease in the concentration of activated sludge.

5. Receiving tank + Booster pump

    Process Function: Collect the wastewater that has been treated by the grille sedimentation tank, balance the water volume again and stabilize the water quality, providing uniform inlet conditions for the subsequent biochemical reactors; The booster pump precisely transports the wastewater to the biochemical reactor, controlling the inlet flow rate to match the processing capacity of the biochemical system.

- Sedimentation tank:
Specifications: 11.5m (length) × 2.2m (width) × 2.5m (total height), effective water depth 2.4m (including 0.1m for inspection opening, which is used for equipment maintenance), single tank volume approximately 62.04m³, 4 units (total effective volume approximately 248.16m³, capable of meeting large water volume regulation requirements).

- Booster Pump (WQ40-10-2.2):
▪ Model: WQ40-10-2.2 (Submersible Sewage Pump, suitable for low-concentration suspended solids wastewater)

Biochemical Treatment Unit
1. Biochemical reactor

- Process Function: The core treatment unit adopts the A²O process to achieve integrated treatment of "organic matter degradation + nitrogen removal + phosphorus removal":
▪ Anaerobic section: The polyphosphate bacteria release phosphorus to prepare for phosphorus uptake by the subsequent aerobic section;
▪ Anoxic section: The denitrifying bacteria convert the nitrate nitrogen produced in the aerobic section into nitrogen gas, achieving nitrogen removal;
▪ Aerobic section: The aerobic microorganisms degrade COD and BOD5, and the nitrifying bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, while the polyphosphate bacteria take up excessive phosphorus;
▪ Secondary sedimentation tank (conical bottom + inclined tube): Achieve solid-liquid separation of activated sludge and treated water, some of the sludge is refluxed to the anaerobic section, some is discharged as residual sludge, and the supernatant enters the disinfection unit.
