This type of bucket chain gold dredge, also known as a gold mining vessel, can extract gold and diamonds from sand and gravel mixtures. Our factory manufactures these dredges using high-quality steel plates, with a well-designed workflow that achieves up to 98% purity in extracted gold. We offer customizable hull sizes and can equip the dredges with gold separation devices like centrifugal concentrators or jigging machines based on customer requirements.

Bucket Chain Mining Dredger can separate gold and diamonds from river sediment, and can be equipped with centrifuges and jigs according to demand.We use high-quality generator sets, and the maximum excavation depth can be customized according to the needs of the ship type.

Operation process :

1) The raw material through the Bukcet lifting to the hopper .
2) The material then go to the Cutter Trommel.
3) The Cutter Trommel will screen the raw material to different size.
4) The  waste material like big size stone will disscharge to the water through a converyor belt.
5) Left material will go to the jigger and Centrifugal gold separator and the Sluice box according to the design.
6) Then we will get the primary material for the gold/diamond.
7) The trailing will be discharged tothe shore through the pump station and pipeline.
