Product Principle

1. The equipment adopts high-temperature aerobic fermentation as its core principle.
 

2. Animal carcasses, auxiliary fermentation materials (wood chips, crop straw, rice husks, etc.) and special microbial agents are put into the sealed fermentation tank.
 

3. Under the effect of high-temperature heat energy, organic substances such as protein and fat in animal carcasses are decomposed and composted, and finally converted into stable, odor-free and pathogen-free organic compost, realizing the harmless treatment and resource utilization of animal carcasses.
 

 

1. The machine is a horizontal cylinder, single axisymmetric mixing arm distribution structure.

2.Driven by the motor, the rotating spindle rotates directionally according to the corresponding program, so that the material can be fully and evenly fermented and decomposed.

3.The heat required for the reaction can be provided by a variety of heating methods such as electricity, steam, and hot water.

4.During the heating reaction process, the water in the material evaporates and is emptied by the induced draft fan.

5.In order to meet the oxygen retention during the fermentation process, an air inlet is provided at the symmetrical end of the outlet to ensure sufficient oxygen during the fermentation of the equipment.

10. During the heating reaction, the moisture in the materials evaporates and is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
