1.Product introduction:
The harmless treatment is mainly carried out through the high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization process to completely kill the pathogens in livestock and poultry corpses.
The treated material is used as the raw material of organic fertilizer, and the obtained oil is used for industrial oil or refining biodiesel. In the treatment process, the transfer of materials shall ensure no leakage of sewage and odor. It can ensure a good environment on the treatment site.

4.Scope of application:

5.Production process:
1. The sick and disabled pigs in the farm and the physically dead livestock in the slaughterhouse are transported to the animal harmless treatment center by a special closed dump truck.
2. The dump truck will directly pour the materials into the storage bin and send them to the pre crusher through the automatic transmission system. After unloading, the bin door will be closed automatically.
Start the chemical machine motor, transfer pump and silo winch. The materials are crushed into meat pieces with a particle size of 40mm ~ 50mm under the action of a reamer in a closed environment.
3. The crushed materials are then directly transported into the high-temperature tank through the transfer pump. The whole process is closed and intelligent without direct contact of personnel, avoiding the secondary pollution of bacteria
4. When the material is full (5 tons of raw material), close the tank mouth for heating and pressure boosting sterilization.
After the temperature in the tank reaches 140 degrees (0.3MPa), maintain the pressure for 30 minutes (European and American sterilization standards, and adjust the pressure and temperature according to different materials), then enter the drying stage, and slowly open the small pressure relief valve (10 °, 20 °, 30 °, until it is fully opened) for pressure relief, When the pressure in the tank is zero, open the large pressure relief valve and vacuum pump station for negative pressure drying.
After drying for 3-4 hours (adjust the drying time according to the moisture of the material), the moisture content of the material will be reduced to 10-12% and the grease content will be about 30%. The whole process adopts PLC intelligent control system, which is safe and simple.
5. Open the discharge port, and the materials are transmitted to the semi-finished product storage bin through the screw conveying system. The peculiar smell in the process is collected and treated through the negative pressure pipeline
6. The semi-finished materials are sent to the degreaser through the screw conveyor for physical degreasing, and the oil content of the materials is reduced to 10-12% (reaching the feed oil standard), so as to obtain meat and bone meal and oil
7. Meat and bone meal enters the cooling system through the screw conveyor to reduce the temperature of the material to room temperature ± 5 ºC, and then the material enters the crushing system. The crushed materials are packaged and put into storage through the automatic weighing and packaging system.
8. After heating and physical purification, the oil reaches the solid and water content standard of crude oil. Then the essential oil is purified by centrifuge, and the purified oil enters the oil storage tank through the oil delivery system.
9. In the process of chemical drying, the waste gas generated enters the water-cooled condenser after dust reduction through the dust collector to condense the high-temperature steam into water. The cooled gas enters the chemical scrubber, the condensed gas is chemically neutralized, and the neutralized gas enters the boiler for
combustion.
10. The waste water (20m3 / day) generated in the drying process is waste gas, distilled water does not contain oil, and the main harmful components CODCr, BOD and ammonia nitrogen can be directly discharged into the sewage treatment plant through closed pipes for centralized treatment.
