This prefabricated integrated sewage treatment system is a fully compact, all-in-one solution for decentralized domestic and light industrial wastewater treatment. It integrates all treatment units - screening, flow equalization, biological treatment, sedimentation, disinfection and sludge management - into a single pre-engineered tank, eliminating the need for separate civil construction of multiple treatment tanks.
Factory-assembled and tested before delivery, the equipment enables rapid on-site installation and commissioning, greatly shortening project cycles and reducing civil engineering costs. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, it realizes fully automatic unattended operation with stable effluent quality that meets international discharge standards. It is widely applied in residential communities, hotels, hospitals, schools, scenic spots, rural areas and small industrial plants.
2. AAO Version: Enhanced anaerobic-anoxic-oxic, better total nitrogen & total phosphorus removal performance.
3. AO-MBR Version: Combine biochemical treatment with MBR membrane module, cancel secondary sedimentation tank, ultra-clear effluent for water recycling.
2. Equalization Tank: Homogenizes wastewater flow rate and water quality, buffering peak flow and load shock to the biological system.
3. Anoxic Tank (Denitrification): Under anoxic conditions, denitrifying bacteria convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen gas, achieving biological nitrogen removal.
2. Secondary Sedimentation Tank: Realizes solid-liquid separation of mixed liquor. Settled sludge is partially recirculated back to the anoxic/aerobic tank to maintain biomass concentration; excess sludge is discharged to the sludge collection tank.
3. Disinfection Unit: UV or chlorine dioxide disinfection kills pathogenic microorganisms to ensure effluent sanitation.
4. Effluent Discharge: Treated water meets discharge standards and can be discharged directly or reused for irrigation, landscape watering and toilet flushing.
