Process

1. Biological contact oxidation tank (aerobic tank): The biological contact oxidation tank adopts combined biological filler. This filler has a large specific surface area, is not prone to clogging, and is easy to attach bacteria. The biochemical tank uses central corridor membrane sheet type micro-porous aeration or jet aeration. The sewage continuously circulates in the biochemical tank, fully contacting with the bacterial film on the filler to achieve rapid degradation of organic matter. (HRT3~16h).

2.Secondary sedimentation tank: The treated wastewater from the biological process flows into the secondary sedimentation tank. The activated sludge in the wastewater settles and is removed here. The design surface load of the secondary sedimentation tank is 0.8 to 1.2 m³/(m²·h). The secondary sedimentation tank adopts vertical flow sedimentation. The supernatant enters the clear water tank, and the residual sludge goes to the sludge tank.

3.Clear water tank (disinfection tank) (selected): The standard disinfection tank retention time is 30 minutes. If it is hospital wastewater, the disinfection time can be increased by 1-1.5 hours. The disinfectant used is chlorine dioxide.
