Our dry-process gold recovery equipment is specifically designed for water-scarce mining sites. It integrates the entire process of screening, washing, and gravity concentration, consuming only one-third of the water used by traditional equipment while achieving an overall recovery rate of 85%-95%.
Featuring a modular mobile design, it can be operational within 1-2 hours. Suitable for environments like deserts and tailings ponds, it offers low maintenance costs and environmental compliance, making it the preferred choice for efficient gold mining in small to medium-sized operations.

1.Feeding Process

     Constructed from thickened steel plates with welded joints, the hopper features a wide opening for direct loading from excavators or loaders. Its ample single-load capacity reduces frequent refilling, ensuring continuous operation.

2.Drum Screen/Twist Barrel Screen
 

The bucket screen is installed between the drum screen and the hopper to cut gold/diamond ore encased in yellow mud/clay.

The drum screen is typically designed with dual-layer screens, allowing replacement of screens with different apertures based on ore particle size. The inner screen has larger apertures, while the outer screen has smaller apertures.

Constructed from carbon steel for robust durability.

The drum is inclined at an angle, propelling ore forward through gravity and rotational force.

Seamlessly integrates with feeding hoppers, ore washing troughs, and other equipment.

Gold and diamonds flow in with the mud. As the equipment agitates, the lighter sand and silt are washed away by water. Gold and diamonds, being heavier, remain at the bottom of the equipment.

Fixed Chute bed

After screening through the Plusting sluice box, most of the gold is retained, while the remaining small amount of gold ore flows onto the fixed chute bed.

The jigging machine can clean gold, diamonds, coal, tin and other minerals.
When the water flows upwards: the bed layer becomes loose and the particles start to separate.
When the water flows downwards: the heavier particles sink to the bottom faster; the lighter particles (sand, stones) remain on the upper layer.
After repeated pulsation many times:
Bottom layer: heavy minerals (refined ore)
Upper layer: light minerals (tailings)
The upper and lower layers are discharged separately, and the separation is completed.
