Product Description
In the treatment process, laboratory wastewater undergoes homogenization and conditioning in a regulating tank before entering the acid-base neutralization system. Automated control adjusts the wastewater's pH to 6-9, then it proceeds to the multiphase catalytic oxidation system for pretreatment to decompose COD and BOD. The effluent from the multiphase catalytic oxidation system is directed to the advanced oxidation system, where cutting-edge carboxylate oxidation technology breaks down the wastewater. After complete oxidation, the system employs a high-efficiency pulsed ion exchange system to remove heavy metals and separate solids from water. The treated water then enters the purification filtration system for multi-stage filtration, ultimately reaching the clear water disinfection system for final sterilization and discharge compliance.
1) Automatic pH adjustment function: the water quality is monitored online by the sensor, and the corresponding agents are added as needed to complete the control of water acid-base degree. At the same time, the system has the function of automatically adjusting the dosage according to the pH value to ensure the efficiency and effect of pH adjustment.
2) Multi-phase catalytic oxidation function: The equipment adopts the latest multi-phase catalytic oxidation and advanced oxidation technology, with the ability to rapidly decompose the harmful pollutants of laboratory sewage. The key parts of the equipment are made of titanium alloy, with excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
3) Ultrafine and nano-aeration function: used in the process of comprehensive wastewater treatment system to treat organic solvents, ultrafine and nano-aeration system, precision gas nano-aeration oxidation device.

The key parts of the equipment are made of titanium alloy, with excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
3) Ultrafine and nano-aeration function: used in the process of comprehensive wastewater treatment system to treat organic solvents, ultrafine and nano-aeration system, precision gas nano-aeration oxidation device.
4) Oxidation decolorization function: used for the organic solvent oxidation decolorization device in the process of comprehensive wastewater treatment system.
5) High efficiency filtration and purification function: adopt primary filtration, precision filtration, MBR membrane filtration and other three-stage filtration technology, used to further isolate suspended solids, colloids, COD, BOD, heavy metals, impurities and bacteria, viruses and other pollutants in the water, so as to ensure that the effluent quality meets the discharge standards.
6) Composite disinfection function: ozone disinfection, chlorine dioxide disinfection, ultraviolet sterilization and other composite disinfection technology is adopted to ensure that the microbial and bacterial indicators meet the relevant national standards.
