Product Description

1. The cutter suction dredger uses a rotating auger to loosen the soil on the riverbed or seabed, mix it with cement to form mud, which is sucked into the pump body through the mud suction pipe and sent to the mud discharge area through the mud discharge pipe.
2. During the construction of the cutter suction dredger, dredging, mud transportation and mud unloading are all integrated and completed by itself, with high production efficiency.
3. It is suitable for dredging in inland lakes and coastal ports with small waves and low flow rate. It is more suitable for dredging sand, sandy loam, silt and other soils. Clay can be dug after using a toothed auger, but the work efficiency is low.

1	Cutter arm and cutter head	Dredger reamers are key tools in dredging projects, which can efficiently cut and stir the seabed mud, increase water depth and improve navigation safety.
2	Spud	The first is the main pile. When pumping sand, the hull and bucket wheel frame can swing around this main pile; the second is to cooperate with the transverse winch, and use the left and right positioning piles to insert and pull out in turn, so that the bucket wheel frame and the hull move forward step by step, so that the working surface can obtain the specified longitudinal length and depth.
3	Discharge pipe	The mud discharge pipe refers to the pipe for dredging machinery such as (cutter suction) dredging boats to transport mud. It is mostly made of plastic or steel pipes, and perforated mud discharge pipes are common.
4	Control platform	The centralized control room of the cutter suction dredger is responsible for monitoring, controlling and adjusting the operation of various mechanical, electrical, automation and other systems on the ship to ensure the normal navigation and safety of the ship.
5	Anchor boom	The function is to move the lateral anchor forward to meet the requirements of the cutter lateral excavation. The advantages of anchor rod system for moving anchors are convenient and economical use, fast anchor moving speed, and not affected by adverse factors such as tides or shallow waters near excavation trenches.
