The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The pump casing has a shape of a volute designed of a high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The pump liners are made of high wear resistant materials and thick wall thickness to maximize the wear life. The casting covers are made from fabricated steel stiffened where necessary and machining to fit the case and the liners.
