1. Dredger overview:

     The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices,spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices.
     Generally,it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud and sand. It can produce certainamount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box. The Alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger.Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn't working. Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units. The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.
