Twisted drum grading screen/drum screen Function: This is the first key node in the entire process, responsible for washing ore, crushing mud, and screening. Washing ore and crushing mud: The powerful rolling effect can break up sticky soil clumps and release encapsulated gold particles. Graded screening: Fine materials (including fine gold particles) smaller than the sieve aperture leak down from the sieve aperture and become undersized materials; Large stones, debris, etc. larger than the sieve hole are discharged from the end of the drum and become sieved material (waste rock). Output: Generate two streams: undersized material (fine material) and undersized material (coarse material/waste rock). |
| Agitate the chute Function: Coarse selection and efficient recovery of medium to fine gold particles. This is a very popular new type of reselection device with a high recycling rate. Working Principle: It is essentially a chute with recycled felt (similar to grass felt) laid at the bottom. The core lies in its agitation (or peristaltic) mechanism, which periodically agitates the rubber bed surface at the bottom, causing the material on the bed surface to sometimes compact and sometimes loosen. Under the combined action of water flow (or wind, but most commonly in wet conditions) and agitation, high-density gold particles will quickly pass through the interference layer of light minerals, sink into the recycling felt at the bottom and be captured, while light minerals are carried away by the water flow. Features: Large processing capacity, not afraid of sticking mud, wide range of particle size for recycling. |

Fixed chute Function: Coarse selection and pre enrichment, it is the most traditional and simple reselection equipment. Working Principle: A sloping trough with grid strips, grass blankets, or recycled felt laid at the bottom. When the slurry flows through, eddies are formed behind the grids, and high-density gold particles settle between the grids or felt pads under the action of gravity. Features: Simple structure, no power, low cost, but requires regular manual cleaning, with a relatively low enrichment ratio. Often used as a primary enrichment device. |
| Jig machine Function: It is a classic equipment for gravity beneficiation, which selects and efficiently recovers medium and coarse gold particles. Working Principle: Using a diaphragm or piston to generate a strong, vertically alternating water flow (pulsating water flow) Under the action of water flow, the bed layer (material layer) periodically loosens and compacts. High density gold particles: They drill down each time they become loose and eventually gather in the concentrate compartment under the sieve plate of the jigs. Low density gangue: It moves upwards in each rising water flow and is discharged from the overflow outlet. Features: High sorting efficiency, especially excellent recovery effect for coarse and medium gold particles, continuous discharge of concentrate, high degree of automation. |

Centrifuge Function: Efficiently recover fine gold particles and compensate for the shortcomings of other equipment in fine gold recovery. Working Principle: In a high-speed rotating conical drum, the slurry is fed into the inner wall. Under the strong centrifugal force (tens to hundreds of times greater than gravity), high-density gold particles are thrown towards the inner wall of the drum and captured, while light minerals are discharged under the erosion of water flow. Characteristics: It has a strong ability to recover fine gold particles (-0.1mm) and is a key equipment for improving the overall recovery rate. Regular shutdown is required to wash and extract concentrate. |
