         Material feeds into the hopper with grille is lifted up by loader and excavator . This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
        The trommel screens provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery.
   This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing.
        This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal concentrator, spiral chute, jig, sluice, etc.

	Fixed chute bed      Size :L 6.0 m × W 2.0m     10 Sets      A simple and efficient primary enrichment equipment.       The undersized slurry flows through a chute lined with grids or recycled felt, and heavy minerals (gold) are captured by gravity and deposited at the bottom, playing a role in early recovery of some gold and pre enrichment.       Regular cleaning is required.

 

1. Reduce the load on the main equipment:         The fixed chute recovers 30% -60% of coarse gold particles in advance, greatly reducing the amount of processing entering the agitation chute and allowing it to focus more on recovering fine gold particles.           2. Improve system stability:         When the incoming material quantity or grade fluctuates sharply, the fixed chute acts as a "buffer" to ensure stable working conditions of the main equipment (agitation chute).

3. High cost-effectiveness:        Using low-cost fixed chutes to complete the recovery of most coarse-grained gold reduces the wear and operating costs of high-value, high-energy consumption agitation chutes.             4. Ensure overall recovery rate:         Fixed chutes can effectively recover sheet gold and coarse-grained gold that may be lost due to "compaction" or "bed flipping" in the agitation chute.
