Product Description

1. Materials are fed into the inlet through a screw conveyor or elevator, and the feeding amount should generally not exceed 60% of the total capacity.  
 
2. Before starting the machine and feeding, activate the main shaft mixer first. After fermentation is complete, stop the mixing operation only after unloading. Depending on operational conditions, a small amount of residual material may be retained to help maintain temperature during adjustment.  
 
3. During equipment operation, no part of the body or hands should be inserted into the fermentation tank; hard foreign objects must not enter the fermentation tank.  
 Then, start the main mixer shaft and begin feeding.

4. The typical reaction time for this unit is 12 to 24 hours. For different fermentation requirements, special materials such as dead chickens or pigs can have their fermentation time set separately.  
 
5. To improve equipment efficiency and avoid peak electricity usage, start the electric heater to heat the thermal oil to the preset temperature 2–3 hours before beginning fermentation.
 
6. Each time, approximately 200KG of organic waste is added. In cases where more is needed, it can be added in multiple portions. The number of diseased pig heads to be added at one time should not be excessive. Large pigs can only be added one at a time, and small pigs should not exceed two. The interval should be about 20 minutes. The previous addition of the material should be based on its basic chopping state, and it is best to maintain it at 80mm below the cutting blade tip.

7. Before starting the knife roller motor, open the feed trough cover first to check the amount of residual material and observe the grinding and drying conditions.  
    The moisture content in the feed trough should be maintained at 40%-50% (by volume). A preliminary judgment can be made as follows: when you grab the material with your hand, no water is squeezed out, but once released, the material sticks together and does not disperse. Under these conditions, the specialized fermentation bacteria perform best. If the material is too dry, add water; if too wet, add bedding material to absorb excess moisture.

Step 1: Activate the bacteria: Keep one-third of the organic matter in the machine (add organic materials as needed according to the site conditions). Add 1KG of fermentation bacteria for every 1000KG of processing volume, evenly sprinkle it over the organic materials, and adjust the machine's humidity to about 40%-50%. 
Step 2: Decomposition and Fermentation: Put in the organic waste, close the machine door, and start the decomposition and fermentation process.
Step 3: Decomposition Complete: When the decomposition is complete and the residue meets the standard (no odor and humidity below 30%), it can be removed. 
 
Notes:
1. It can retain one-third of the organic matter within the machine. It is rich in activated bacterial strains, which can be used as the base material for the next use, thereby reducing the amount of bacterial usage.
2. If organic waste treatment is not carried out for more than 7 days, all the organic matter inside the machine must be removed. For the next use, follow the initial usage procedure.
