1.working principle :

               The HRXS chain bucket mining dredger uses bucket chains to excavate mixtures from rivers/lakes/seas. The mixture contains sand, stones, soil, gold, diamonds, and so on.
The bucket chain transports the mixture onto the drum screen and separates it according to the different sizes of the materials. Materials of different sizes are placed into different agitation chutes and fixed chute equipment, and diamonds are screened using jigs.
All power comes from the generator set, which drives all electric motors, water pumps, and hydraulic equipment.
All tail materials can be recycled and enter the river

Composition of Chain Bucket Dredger

The bucket chain gold mining ship adopts an assembled box structure and is designed with various types of operations according to the geographical environment.

It is composed of:
1.Excavation device.

1.Excavation device.

Bucket body: The main material holding structure of the chain bucket is in the shape of an arc/trapezoid (similar to a dustpan) that is wide in the front and narrow in the back, with an open top and a closed bottom

Dou'er: The extended protruding structure on both sides of the bucket body, with pin holes, is a key part connected to the bucket chain

Strengthening ribs/wear-resistant plates: Welding reinforcement structures on the outer/inner side of the bucket body, with high manganese steel wear-resistant plates added to areas prone to wear (such as bucket bottom and bucket mouth edges) to enhance overall impact resistance and wear resistance, and extend service life

2.Conveyor system.

The excavator bucket filled with materials moves vertically upwards along the guide rail on the inner side of the bucket frame with the rotation of the bucket chain, completing the underwater lifting of materials;

The guide rail of the bucket frame is designed with high manganese steel for wear resistance. The rollers on both sides of the bucket roll along the guide rail, which not only limits the lateral swing of the bucket/bucket chain, avoids material leakage caused by water flow impact, but also reduces the rotational friction of the bucket chain and reduces power loss;

During the lifting process, the digging bucket should always keep its opening facing upwards/inwards, and the anti scattering edge of the bucket cavity will prevent material from overflowing from both sides

3.Washing Mine system.

The ore washing pump delivers high-pressure water to the top and sides of the vessel's drum screen/vibrating screen, subjecting the conveyed excavated material to comprehensive high-pressure flushing.

The impact force of the high-pressure water stream thoroughly disperses and separates clay, silt, and fine mud entrapped within the ore. Concurrently, the screening action of the mesh sieve removes large pebbles and waste rock, retaining only qualified-size sand/silt containing gold-bearing ore (0.02-8 mm) for subsequent conveying and gold extraction processes. This prevents impurities from compromising downstream operations.

4.Washing Gold system.
 

The gold-bearing ore (mixed with water to form a slurry) flows into the sluice from the feed inlet at its upper end.

Once the slurry enters, the ore is thoroughly loosened by the sluice's rhythmic, reciprocating motion, preventing sand and gravel from clumping and obscuring the gold particles.

Under gravity, the loosened ore separates into layers according to specific gravity: Gold particles and diamonds, being denser, sink into the comb-shaped channels of the sluice lining where they are 'captured';

Common sand and gravel, being lighter, float on the surface layer;

The low-velocity water flow within the sluice slowly pushes the surface layer of light sand and gravel (tailings) towards the end of the sluice for discharge. The gold grains + diamonds retained within the comb-shaped channels constitute the concentrate, completing the rough selection process.

5.Slag Removal system.

After washing or gold extraction, tailings fall into the receiving hopper. Large waste rock is filtered out via a grid screen before the tailings flow into an inclined chute. Under their own weight, they rapidly descend the chute and are discharged through the stern discharge outlet. Guide plates direct the tailings downstream with the water flow, completing the discharge process.
