1. Fine rack
    The core of the fine mechanical screen is to precisely intercept suspended solids ranging from 1 to 10 millimeters, protecting subsequent equipment, reducing processing load, and ensuring process stability. The operation should adhere to start-up and shutdown procedures, parameter monitoring, slag cleaning maintenance, and emergency handling to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

2. Air compressor + Pneumatic diaphragm pump
- Process function: The air compressor provides compressed air for the pneumatic diaphragm pump as the power source; the pneumatic diaphragm pump conveys the concentrated sludge (with a moisture content of 97%-98%) to the plate and frame filter press to achieve continuous sludge feeding.
- Parameter requirements:
- Air compressor: Power 5.5KW, exhaust pressure 0.6-0.8MPa, exhaust volume suitable for the diaphragm pump's requirements (to ensure stable inlet pressure of the diaphragm pump).
- Pneumatic diaphragm pump: Specification DN50 (suitable for conveying concentrated sludge, avoiding blockage), quantity 1 unit.

3. Plate-and-frame filter press
- Process Function: Conduct deep dehydration treatment on the concentrated sludge. Through plate and frame compression, the moisture content of the sludge is reduced from 97%-98% to 60%-70%, forming a sludge cake with low moisture content and small volume, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and disposal (such as sanitary landfilling, incineration or resource utilization).
- Parameter Requirements:
- Model: 630 type, filtration area 30 square meters, specifications 4.2m (length) × 1.04m (width) × 1.2m (height).
- Core Function: Includes an automatic plate pulling and sludge discharge device (reduces manual operation and improves dehydration efficiency).
- Quantity: 1 unit (can handle approximately 10-15m³ of concentrated sludge per day, meeting the system's sludge production requirements).

4. Roots blower
- Function: Provide sufficient oxygen for the aerobic section of the biochemical reactor, meeting the respiration needs of aerobic microorganisms (such as heterotrophic bacteria, nitrifying bacteria), ensuring efficient degradation of organic matter and nitrification reactions.
- Parameter Requirements:
- Model: ZZR80
- Key Parameters: Power 5.5KW, air volume should be adapted to the oxygen demand of the aerobic section (calculated based on the volume of the aerobic section, the oxygen demand is approximately 0.5-1.0m³/h
- Quantity: 4 units (The number of operating units can be adjusted according to the DO concentration of the aerobic section to ensure stable oxygen supply, and reserve a spare unit)
- Operating Points: Before starting the fan, check the oil level and the status of the inlet and outlet valves to avoid running without load or overloaded; Adjust the uniformity of aeration in each aerobic tank by regulating the valve of the aeration branch pipe to ensure DO remains stable at 2-3mg/L; Record the operating current and temperature of the fan daily, and replace the lubricating oil quarterly.
