1. Product introduce :

 

   Chain bucket river mining dredger is used for river gold . diamond . tin and sand iron powder so on . The bucket chain gold dredger use the buckets, driven by guide wheels on continuous rotation on the bucket bridge. sand .mud and stone so on are digged by the bucket with chain from the water above .

   Bucket rotates around the underwater dredging wheel, scooping up the solid in the riverbed. then into the separating system, solids larger than 10 mm will go into the tail-box, tailing discharged to place far away from gold dredger.
   Less than 10 mm of material from the flow channel into the Gold Sands separation system, based on the difference between the relative density of sand and gold, gold will fall into the bottom since of the high density,sand and other material will float on the surface,and discharged to the tail system by water

   Bucket chain gold dredger adopts assembled box struture . according to the geographical enviroment to design all operation type . it is made of digging device . lifting device  separating sand device . gold selection device . tailing processing device . generator set. positing device so on .
   
   The dredger is used for dredging sand and gold mining in river. It dredges sand in the river bottom by digging bucket, transported to the trommel for screening, big stone is drain away, fine gold placer is transported to gold chute that distributed in both side of the hull gold mining.
   
   Set dredging, screening, mining, and tailing carriage as a whole, easy operation, low power consumption, low maintenance, suitable for a variety of river environmental gold mining operations, the recovery rate is high for gold particles.
 

3. Operation process :

1) The raw material through the Bukcet lifting to the hopper .
2) The material then go to the Cutter Trommel.
3) The Cutter Trommel will screen the raw material to different size.
4) The  waste material like big size stone will disscharge to the water through a converyor belt.
5) Left material will go to the jigger and Centrifugal gold separator and the Sluice box according to the design.
6) Then we will get the primary material for the gold/diamond.
7) The trailing will be discharged tothe shore through the pump station and pipeline.
