Customized Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment for Different Lab
1. Various pollutants in the wastewater are treated by technologies such as neutralization and precipitation, chemical oxidation, heavy metal capture, photocatalytic reaction, ozone oxidation, and multi-media filtration.

2. The water quality changes and the treatment process of the wastewater are monitored and controlled in real time by a microcomputer program, achieving all-day automatic operation without the need for on-site personnel.

3. The dosage is accurately controlled by a pH meter and imported metering pumps, and devices such as liquid level control and drug shortage alarm are provided.

4. An advanced aeration device is used, ensuring sufficient gas-water contact and complete reaction.

5. The operation is convenient, the operation is stable, the service life is long, and the operation and maintenance costs are low.

6. The floor area is small and can be installed indoors or outdoors according to different circumstances.

Process
    After being collected by the collection system, the wastewater first enters the regulating tank to adjust the water volume and homogenize the water quality. When the water volume in the regulating tank reaches a certain liquid level height, it is quantitatively lifted by the booster pump to the laboratory integrated wastewater treatment equipment. In the integrated wastewater treatment equipment, the wastewater first enters the acid-base neutralization regulation system for acid-base neutralization. Here, through the pH controller, a certain amount of NaOH solution is accurately added by the metering pump to adjust the pH value to between 8 and 9. Under alkaline conditions, the acid in the wastewater is neutralized, and if the wastewater contains heavy metal ions such as iron, cadmium, copper, manganese, nickel, lead, and chromium, they can react with OH- to form hydroxide precipitates.

    The effluent from the acid-base neutralization tank then flows into the sedimentation tank. The sedimentation produced after acid-base neutralization and other suspended solids in the wastewater are separated from the water through the opposite flow between the sludge and the water in the sedimentation tank.

    The effluent from the sedimentation tank is successively processed in a high-pressure ozone electrolysis unit, a precise adsorption capture system, a photocatalytic reactor, and an advanced oxidation system. For the remaining fine suspended solids, trace metals, and very small amounts of organic substances that have not been removed, some are removed through physical and chemical processes such as adsorption and retention by quartz sand and activated carbon with large pore structures and high specific surface area. The rest are degraded and removed by anaerobic, aerobic, and facultative bacteria attached to the microbial membrane on the activated carbon. The process of activated carbon's retention and adsorption alternates and cycles with the process of microbial degradation and desorption. At this point, the wastewater can be discharged in compliance with standards.

    The entire wastewater treatment process is controlled by an automatic control system. The neutralization and regulation system is equipped with a liquid level controller. When the liquid level is low, the pump automatically stops; when the liquid level is high, the pump automatically starts. This can basically achieve unmanned operation.
