Product Description

The sand and gravel mixture passes through a trommel screen, jigging sluice, and fixed sluice to separate out the gold or diamonds. 

It usually consists of a trommel screen, fixed sluice, and gold trapping carpet, and can also be equipped with centrifugal concentrators or jigging machines according to customer needs.

 

For feeding, you can either use an excavator bucket to load material directly into the hopper, or transport raw materials via a conveyor belt. With its well-designed workflow, the extraction purity can reach up to 95%.

Workflow :

1. The raw ore feed into the trommel screen for washing a few little clays, and can separate the gravel or stone which do not contain the gold inside, which can transfer away by the belt conveyor.

2. According to different size requirements,material will go to the Centrifugal gold separator,Hydraulic Pulsating sluice box and Gold Gilding Sluice according to the design.(The sluice box can be designed with different lengths and widths like 2m,4m,6m length,1m width or 0.5m width, etc.)

3. In order to achieve better separation efficiency,It can also be combined with equipment such as a shaking table on top of the basic configuration.
