Product Description
1. Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled and self-propelled dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers. The dredger can be used in the river lake,sea,inland waterway and reservoir so on for dredging project,especially river with the high sand content and large project.can match the mining machinery to get the gold and diamond etc.
2. It's hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons. Is to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site. The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store.
3. The dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump and the auxiliary engine is to drive hydraulic system, including cutter, swing and ladder winches, anchor winches, and the spud rams etc.
4. The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only one worker can control all the dredger in the operation room.
5. The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
6. Best parts will be used for the dredgers, like world famous Cumins engines, Shijiazhuang pumps, Hangzhou gearboxes, Simens PLC control system.

Product Introduction
•Cutter Head:
1. The cutter head is one of the most core working parts of the cutter suction dredger.
2. It plays the role of cutting and crushing the mud and rocks on the bottom of the water, mixing the mud and water, and then sucking out the mud-water mixture through the mud pump.
3. It is discharged to the mud unloading site through the suction pipe, mud pump and mud discharge pipe inside the ship, thus completing the dredging operation.
•Portal Frame:
The gantry of a cutter suction dredger plays a critical role in supporting the dredging operation, including the lifting and lowering of the cutter head, providing stability during excavation, suspending and moving the slurry piping, withstanding the forces generated by the cutter and water flow, and serving as a platform for operators to maintain and handle the equipment.
•Crane:
1. A slewing crane fixed on the deck for loading and unloading cargo.
2. It has a turntable and a pitching boom, and can flexibly rotate and luff.
3. Its boom, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism and control room are all set on the turntable, with the fixed pillar as the axis, and can simultaneously operate the lifting, luffing and slewing mechanisms for loading and unloading operations.
•Anchor Boom:
Move the traverse anchor forward to meet the requirements of traverse excavation of the reamer.
