1. Description :

       

Land mining machinery consists of feeding system, screening system, gold & diamond separation system, generator set and water circulation system. Different feeding options are available, including excavator feeding, belt conveyor feeding and more. The screening system can be customized with different mesh sizes according to screening requirements. For different raw materials, customers may select agitation chutes, fixed chutes, jigs and centrifuges. The generator set supplies power for all motors, while the high-pressure water pump provides water for the whole system.

Raw materials including gold, diamond, iron powder and others are fed into the hopper with a grizzly by excavators or loaders. High-pressure water sprays from pipes around the hopper to wash the ore. The ore slurry then flows forward into the trommel screen.

We select the appropriate trommel type (normally trommel screen or agitation screen) based on raw material characteristics. Different particle sizes are separated by the trommel mesh. Fine materials pass through the screen openings, while oversize materials tumble toward the rear discharge of the drum.

Subsequently, fine ore mixed with water flows over the sluice box fitted with gold matting. Gangue is washed away, and gold particles are trapped by the gold mat. The concentrated material is further collected by mining equipment such as agitation chutes, jigs and centrifugal concentrators. This completes the rough concentration process.
