1. Cutter suction dredger principle :
Cutter suction dredger mainly includes : diesel engien,hydraulic control system,river sand pump,PLC control system. Diesel engine offer power for river sand pump and hydraulic pump . hydraulic control the hydraulic motor to drivethe cutter head to reach the more concentration mixture . then use the sand pump to suck the mxiture from the river . lake . sea and reservior so on through the HDPE pipe .
Through different modes of transportation, the materials are transported to the land or the sand carrier. hydraulic control the cutter head . hydraulic winch . deck crean. anchor boom and carriage so on normail working . PLC control all meters in the dredger . such as water flow meter . sounder depth . pressure meter mornitoring so on .all machine above to achinve the dredger working .

7.Package and transportation :

1. The 18 inch dredger requires a diverging cargo ship, which requires 5 17.5-meter trucks for transportation.
2. The diverging cargo ship is transported from Tianjin Port, approximately 700m3.
3. Our free accessories will be shipped in the main cabin to reduce transportation size.
4. If you need pipelines, floating bodies, and rubber hoses at the same time, we can also accommodate some of them in our cabin, and the rest will be shipped in a 40HQ container.
