1.Introduction to kitchen waste crusher:

    Food waste generally includes kitchen waste (referred to as "kitchen waste") and catering waste (referred to as "swill"), which are the main components of urban domestic waste. After crushing, zhite environmental protection press can be used for dehydration, and then directly enter zhite fermentation machine for rapid harmless fermentation to make organic fertilizer or feed.


2. Structural composition of kitchen waste crusher:
 

1. Crusher body: the main body of the equipment is welded with high-quality steel plate for decompression treatment / overall processing to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy load for a long time

2. Bearing and seal: the bearing seat adopts the type of disassembly and easy disassembly, which can quickly disassemble the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and  other components, and is easy to maintain and replace the cutting tools.
   The unique sealing structure can effectively block the contact between objects and grease and protect bearings and gears when handling liquid materials

3. Moving tools and fixed tools: the moving tools are made of special alloy tool steel forging blank, precision machining, multi heat treatment and low-temperature freezing and heat treatment technology. 
   The overall toughness and hardness are consistent and can be repaired and used repeatedly to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed tools are installed with hooks to optimize the tool replacement function and improve the efficiency of tool maintenance and replacement
