ZT-MWT series small medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is a device that uses microwave irradiation and saturated steam for coordinated disinfection. The equipment is small in size, convenient for entering and exiting elevators, and simple to operate. It is suitable for direct treatment of medical waste in clinics or hospitals.

Scrop application:

Equipment composition

It uses an industrial programmable controller (PLC) to control the entire system and complete various control functions of the system.

Technical principle

Thermal effect of microwave energy:

The thermal effect of microwaves mainly plays the role of rapid temperature increase and sterilization.

Non-thermal effects of microwave energy:

The high-frequency electric field changes the polarized molecular structure, causing the proteins and physiologically active substances in the microorganisms to mutate and lose their vitality or die, playing a special role in sterilization that conventional physical sterilization does not have.
