Process Characteristics

1.Efficient & Thorough Purification
    Equipped with a combined disinfection system of chlorine dioxide generator and UV disinfection (UV dose ≥30mJ/cm²), it can completely inactivate stubborn pathogens such as hepatitis virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The A/O/MBR biochemical process is optional according to the institution type, with COD removal rate ≥85% and ammonia nitrogen removal rate ≥90%, realizing deep purification of medical sewage. 

2.Stable Operation & Strong Impact Resistance
    The equipment is built with a high-performance regulation tank (hydraulic retention time ≥8h) and automatic water quality balancing system, which can adapt to the large fluctuation of medical wastewater discharge.

3.Intelligent Automatic Control
    Integrated with PLC intelligent control system, it can realize real-time monitoring of residual chlorine (0.5-3mg/L), flow, liquid level and other key parameters, with automatic dosing, automatic alarm and emergency treatment functions.

4.Compact Design & Flexible Installation
    Modular integrated design, small floor area (≤5m² for small and medium models), no complex civil construction required, can be installed in the basement, backyard, roof and other narrow spaces of medical institutions.

A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A:It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 3-4 weeks.

Q:How to package the sewage treatment plant?
A:We use standard seaworthy package.

Q:How to keep your equipments from corrosion?
A:We use the world-famous paint, like epoxy-coal tar pitch etc. What's more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.

Q:How to install after the equipments arriving destination?
A:We will provide detailed illustrations to you. And we will send a technicians to guide for installation and debugging. after debugging equipment, he will teach your workers how to use it and how to maintain it.

Q:How about the warranty?
