5.Production process:

1. Wastewater collection and homogenization device
    It uses corrosion-resistant PE material collection tanks, equipped with a linkage-type automatic liquid level control device. It can balance the water volume and adjust the fluctuating influent water quality during intermittent laboratory wastewater discharge. The mixed waste flow is partially neutralized, reducing the consumption of chemical agents required for acid-base addition.

2. Automatic pH neutralization device
    A high-precision pH/ORP online monitor is combined with corrosion-resistant metering pumps to form a closed-loop automatic dosing control system. The wastewater pH is adjusted to a weakly alkaline range (8-9), neutralizing acidic and basic pollutants, and converting Fe, Cd, Cu, Mn, Cr and other heavy metal ions into hydroxide precipitates, achieving the preliminary removal of heavy metals.

 

3. Flocculation-precipitation separation unit
    Automatic addition of flocculants and coagulants. The ultrafine nano-aeration system realizes the full mixing of reagents and wastewater, aggregating suspended substances and heavy metal precipitates into large particle flocs.

4. Advanced heavy metal capture device
    A proprietary chelating filter material combined with pulse ion exchange resin process can efficiently remove complex forms of heavy metals. The removal rate of chromium, cadmium, lead, mercury, copper, zinc, manganese and other heavy metal ions is ≥ 99%.

5. Advanced oxidation degradation unit
    Combining ozone oxidation and Fe-C micro-electrolysis process, it generates hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidation ability, capable of degrading difficult-to-degrade large-molecule organic substances, breaking the coordination bonds of heavy metals, achieving decolorization and deodorization, and improving the biodegradability of wastewater.

6. Photocatalytic reaction unit
    Ultraviolet photocatalytic reactor with SUS304 material shell. High-intensity ultraviolet irradiation of catalysts generates oxidation radicals, further degrading benzene, phenol, aldehyde, organic solvents and other difficult-to-degrade organic substances.

7. Filtration and disinfection discharge unit
    Using multi-media activated carbon adsorption filtration, combined with double-stage disinfection (chlorine dioxide + ultraviolet sterilization), it effectively removes residual fine suspended substances and trace pollutants. The pathogen inactivation efficiency is ≥ 99.9%, ensuring that the discharged water meets the qualified standards.
