Product Description

    Large-Scale Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is a high-efficiency, integrated environmental protection system designed for large-volume sewage treatment scenarios (≥5 tons per day).

    It integrates multiple functional units such as pretreatment, biochemical treatment, solid-liquid separation, disinfection and deep processing into a single compact system, eliminating the need for separate construction of multiple independent structures.

    This equipment is widely used in municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater purification, and large-scale centralized sewage disposal projects, effectively solving the problems of water resource shortage and environmental pollution, and realizing the goals of sewage up-to-standard discharge and recycling utilization.

1.Highly Integrated Design: All functional units are integrated into a single system, which greatly reduces the occupied area-only 30%-50% of that of traditional sewage treatment processes. It can be installed above ground or underground, and the underground installation can save land resources and avoid noise and odor pollution to the surrounding environment.

2.Intelligent & Automatic Operation: Equipped with PLC intelligent control system and multi-parameter sensors, it can real-time monitor key indicators such as pH value, dissolved oxygen, liquid level and COD concentration. It realizes automatic adjustment of aeration volume, sludge reflux ratio and chemical dosage, achieving unattended operation and reducing manual intervention by more than 60%. Operators can remotely monitor the equipment status through mobile APP or computer terminal.

3.Corrosion-Resistant & Durable: The main structure is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) and carbon steel, which can adapt to harsh working environments and ensure long-term stable operation. The service life of the equipment is as long as 15-20 years with proper maintenance.

4.Strong Shock Load Resistance: Equipped with a large-capacity regulating tank, it can effectively buffer the fluctuations of sewage quality and water volume, ensuring stable treatment effect even in the case of intermittent drainage or sudden increase of pollutant concentration.

Technology

1. Pretreatment Unit: It mainly includes grille and regulating tank. The grille is used to intercept large solid suspended solids and floating objects (such as branches, plastic bags, etc.) to protect the subsequent treatment units; the regulating tank is used to balance the water quality and water volume, reduce the impact load on the subsequent process, and provide stable water intake conditions for the biochemical treatment unit.

2.Biochemical Treatment Unit (Core Unit): According to the water quality requirements, mainstream processes such as A/O (Anaerobic-Oxic), A²/O (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic), MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) and two-stage DTRO (Disk Tube Reverse Osmosis) can be configured. The A/O and A²/O processes use the metabolism of microorganisms to degrade organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage; the MBR process combines membrane separation technology with biochemical reaction, which can effectively intercept activated sludge and suspended solids, making the effluent turbidity close to zero; the two-stage DTRO process is specially suitable for the treatment of high-salinity and high-difficulty wastewater such as landfill leachate.

3.Solid-Liquid Separation Unit: It is mainly a sedimentation tank, which uses gravity to separate activated sludge from clear water after biochemical treatment. The settled sludge can be recycled or dewatered for subsequent treatment to reduce sludge volume.

4.Disinfection & Advanced Treatment Unit (Optional): Disinfection technologies such as chlorine dioxide disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and ozone disinfection can be adopted to effectively kill pathogens such as bacteria and viruses in sewage, ensuring that the effluent meets the hygienic standards. For scenes with higher water quality requirements, membrane separation technologies such as ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) can be added to realize advanced purification and direct reuse of water resources.
