Product Description

1) Transmission part: The motion of the motor is adjusted to a reasonable speed through a hard toothed gear reducer, and then transmitted to the stirring shaft to make the main shaft drive the stirring arm to rotate and flip.

2) Cylinder part: The cylinder is of U-shaped structure and is equipped with a heating jacket.

3) Cylinder cover part: The cylinder cover is provided with several holes, which are respectively used for the feed port, observation port, and exhaust port.

4) Discharge port: The discharge port is on the side of the cylinder and is used for material discharge. It can be in the form of manual or electric.

5) Liquid microbial culture spraying system (optional): To meet the process requirements, during the material processing, biological fermentation requires spraying of microbial agents. The spraying component is fixed on the end cover and the liquid is supplied to the spray gun by the feeding pump.

6) Air purifier: During the initial stage of fermentation, ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide, and water vapor generated during the fermentation process are connected to the closed duct by the induced fan and treated by the air purifier before being discharged.

7) Control system: It can automatically realize the entire process from start to stop according to the set program to ensure the normal operation of the fermentation machine. Users can also adopt manual control.

      First, put the organic materials into the harmless treatment machine as the base material. Mix 1KG of fermentation bacteria with 0.2KG of brown sugar in a ratio. Combine with clean drinking water or well water (tap water needs to be left for more than two days). First, dissolve the brown sugar with a small amount of 100-degree water, then add an appropriate amount of cold water to dilute it, and finally add the required special fermentation bacteria. Mix and dissolve them evenly in a plastic bucket. Spray the bacterial solution evenly on the organic materials, or directly scatter the powder bacteria into the materials. Adjust the humidity inside the machine to about 45%. Start the machine and heat it to around 40-50 degrees. Stir for 4 hours, then it can be put into the organic waste.
    Second,close the machine door, then start the fan and the spray tower pump to begin the decomposition and fermentation process. 
       Third,the residue after decomposition has no odor and can be removed when the humidity is below 30% to obtain the remaining organic residue.

      This model features a horizontal cylinder body and a single-axis symmetrical distribution of the mixing arm. Under the drive of the motor, the rotating main shaft rotates in a specific direction according to the corresponding program, ensuring that the materials undergo thorough and uniform fermentation and decomposition. The heat required for the reaction can be provided by various heating methods such as electricity, steam, and hot water. During the heating process of the reaction, the moisture in the materials evaporates and is discharged through the fan. To ensure adequate oxygen content during the fermentation process, air intake ports are symmetrically arranged at one end of the outlet, ensuring sufficient oxygen supply during the equipment's fermentation.
