1. Grille: Removes large floating objects (plastic bags, branches, etc.) to protect subsequent equipment.
Grilles are divided into manual grilles and mechanical grilles. Generally, the installation Angle of manual grilles is 45*-60*, and that of mechanical grilles is 60*-75*. Mechanical grilles are usually used for daily treatment of over 10,000 tons of domestic and municipal sewage or over 1,000 tons of industrial wastewater from food, papermaking and other industries. Mechanical grilles can also be selected according to customer requirements.
2. Regulating tank: Collects and homogenizes water quality and quantity to provide a stable water supply for subsequent treatment.
The regulating tank can be made of carbon steel anti-corrosion or fiberglass reinforced plastic as a complete set of equipment, or it can be made of steel-concrete on site.
3. Anaerobic/anoxic tank: It removes part of the COD in the water and denitrifying bacteria convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen gas to achieve denitrification.

4.Aerobic tank: The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device mainly based on the biofilm formation method and also includes activated sludge. By providing an oxygen source, organic matter in the sewage is adsorbed and degraded by microorganisms, thereby purifying the water quality. In the general design process, it is advisable to consider that the contact oxidation time is 5 hours. Inside, a semi-soft filler with a high specific surface area is set up, with a filling rate of 70% and a specific surface area of nearly 600m ² /m ³. The service life of the filler is 8 years. The oxygen in the pool is provided by the fan, and the air-to-water ratio is also considered to be relatively high: 15:1. The aeration form adopts micro-pore aeration, and the aeration head adopts the currently more advanced membrane aeration head in international water treatment. This device will not experience clogging during operation. It features small aeration holes and high oxygen utilization rate.
