1. Product introduce :

 

         Chain bucket river mining dredger is used for river gold . diamond . tin and sand iron powder so on . The bucket chain gold dredger use the buckets, driven by guide wheels on continuous rotation on the bucket bridge. sand .mud and stone so on are digged by the bucket with chain from the water above .

         Bucket rotates around the underwater dredging wheel, scooping up the solid in the riverbed. then into the separating system, solids larger than 10 mm will go into the tail-box, tailing discharged to place far away from gold dredger. Less than 10 mm of material from the flow channel into the Gold Sands separation system, based on the difference between the relative density of sand and gold, gold will fall into the bottom since of the high density,sand and other material will float on the surface,and discharged to the tail system by water.

6. Extraction machinery :

How it works:

The slurry flows through an inclined chute, and heavy minerals (such as gold) settle in the bottom grid under the action of water flow. 

The key is that its rubber bottom plate undergoes up and down reciprocating motion under mechanical drive, continuously loosening the mineral sand layer and allowing the gold particles to settle better to the bottom, effectively preventing compaction.

 

Main function:

It is mainly used for coarse selection and sweeping operations of processing large amounts of raw ore, quickly discarding most of the tailings, and initially enriching heavy minerals such as gold. It has a large processing capacity and reliable operation, making it suitable as the main front-end equipment.
 

How to work:

The slurry enters the high-speed rotating conical drum, and the strong centrifugal force quickly throws the heavier gold particles towards the inner wall of the drum and captures them. 

The unique backwash water system sprays out from small holes on the inner wall, continuously flushing the capture layer and replacing lighter impurities. The margin particles are not washed away, thus achieving a high enrichment ratio and recovery rate.

 

Main function:

It is an efficient selection equipment. Commonly used to process coarse concentrates produced by equipment such as agitation chutes, it can efficiently extract fine-grained gold from them. It is also directly used to recover monomeric gold from finely ground vein gold slurry.
