Technical principle

Microwave disinfection is the result of the combined effect of microwave thermal effect and biological effect, which allows microwave energy to directly interact with bacteria and kill bacteria quickly.

Thermal effect of microwave energy:

Under the action of a microwave field of a certain intensity, the bacteria will absorb microwave energy and heat up due to the polarized molecules they contain, thus deforming the protein and losing its biological activity. The thermal effect of microwaves mainly plays the role of rapid temperature increase and sterilization.

Non-thermal effects of microwave energy:
