High Efficiency and Reliable Chain Bucket Dredging Machine for River Mining

1. Chain bucket mining dredger overview:
Bucket Chain Mining Dredger can separate gold and diamonds from river sediment, and can be equipped with centrifuges and jigs according to demand.
We use high-quality generator sets, and the maximum excavation depth can be customized according to the needs of the ship type.

 

2. Operation process :
1) The raw material through the Bukcet lifting to the hopper .
2) The material then go to the Cutter Trommel.
3) The Cutter Trommel will screen the raw material to different size.
4) The  waste material like big size stone will disscharge to the water through a converyor belt.
5) Left material will go to the jigger and Falcon SB2500 Convertrator and the Sluice box according to the design.
6) Then we will get the primary material for the gold/diamond.
7) The trailing will be discharged tothe shore through the pump station and pipeline.
