Overview

    After the laboratory wastewater undergoes uniform and homogeneous treatment in the regulating tank, it proceeds to the acid-base neutralization process. The acid-base neutralization is automatically controlled, adjusting the wastewater's pH to 6-9, and then entering the multiphase catalytic oxidation system for pre-treatment to decompose COD and BOD.

    The effluent from the multiphase catalytic oxidation system enters the advanced oxidation system, where the latest carboxyl oxidation technology is used to decompose the wastewater. After the wastewater is fully oxidized, it is removed of heavy metals by the efficient pulse ion exchange system and separated from the concrete water. The effluent then enters the purification and filtration system, where multiple levels of filtration are completed. Finally, it enters the clear water disinfection system for disinfection and discharge after meeting the standards.

 

Working Principle

1. Collection tank: Functioning to collect wastewater and maintain water quality balance.

2. PH adjustment: Removing acidic and alkaline pollutants in the water while ensuring the effectiveness of subsequent treatment.

3. Flocculation and sedimentation: By adding flocculation and coagulation agents, rapid sedimentation of suspended solids in the water can be achieved, resulting in clearer water quality.

4. Multi-stage oxidation and decomposition: Utilizing advanced oxidation treatment technology of the oxidation device to remove pollutants such as phenols and cyanides in the water, removing color from the water, removing iron and manganese ions in the water, eliminating odors and unpleasant smells. It has the advantages of rapid reaction, simple process, and no secondary pollution.

5. Bed-type light wave catalytic reaction device: Using new catalytic micro-electrolysis fillers, it can efficiently remove COD, reduce color, improve biodegradability, and has stable treatment effects, with significant effects on wastewater.

6. Multi-media filtration: Removing fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, organic substances, pesticides, manganese, bacteria, viruses, and other pollutants in the water.

7. Deep adsorption purification: Has a significant adsorption and removal effect on odors, microorganisms, colloids, pigments, heavy metal ions, and small molecule organic pollutants.

8. Oxidation disinfection: Broad-spectrum sterilization, effective against almost all microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, and algal organisms. It has the advantages of fast sterilization, high sterilization rate, safety and environmental protection, and no secondary pollution.
