1. brand Cutter Suction Dredger of alloy steel disassembly struction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers.
 

2. The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for dredging engineering construction.

3. The hull is of all welded, steel construction to give the dredger the necessary strength required for dredging operations. The side pontoons are connected to the main pontoon by means of bolts. The hull steel plate used is CCSB (marine steel plate ).

1. The cutter head (auger head) mounted on the vessel rotates to cut and break up submerged materials such as silt, sand and gravel, simultaneously mixing these materials with water to form slurry.

2. Conveyance stage: The vessel's mud pump generates negative pressure, drawing in the mud mixture through the suction pipe before conveying it via the vessel's mud pipeline system.

3. Discharging phase: The dredged material is conveyed directly via pipelines to the onshore spoil disposal site, or transported to designated discharge points using relay pumps and barges, thereby completing the dredging operation.
