Process

   
    The sewage passes through the coarse screen, fine screen, and screen sedimentation tank successively to intercept large particles of impurities. Then it enters the regulating tank to balance the water volume and adjust the water quality. After that, it goes into the biochemical treatment unit for single removal and phosphorus removal, including anaerobic tank, aerobic tank and anoxic tank. The treated water then enters the secondary sedimentation tank for secondary sedimentation to remove impurities, and then it goes into the disinfection tank for disinfection. Finally, it is discharged after meeting the standards.

    The sludge settled in the secondary sedimentation tank contains a large number of microorganisms. The sludge enters the concentration tank for concentration, and then is compressed by the plate and frame filter press and then put into the oxidation tank for recycling.

A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
