1.The high-temperature chemical processing machine belongs to a kind of harmless treatment equipment. The harmless treatment drying method refers to a technology that carries out high-temperature sterilization of dead animals and medical waste by passing high-temperature circulating steam into the interlayer in a closed high-pressure sandwich container, and the high-temperature steam does not directly contact the chemical materials.

The process adopts the method of high temperature and high pressure. The central temperature of the treated material is ≥ 140 ºC, the pressure is ≥ 0.4MPa (pressure), the time is ≥ 4h, and the material (livestock and poultry carcass, slaughtering waste and hatchery waste) shall be kept warm and pressure for 30 minutes to convert the material (livestock and poultry carcass, slaughtering waste and hatchery waste) into meat and bone meal and oil.
