1.Equipment introduction:

  Shredder is a kind of machine used for coarse crushing. It is generally used to deal with unprocessed raw materials or leftover materials to make their size smaller. Compared with other crushers, the cutter shaft has low speed, low noise and low energy consumption. 
2.Equipment use

   Shredder is a kind of machine used for fine crushing. It is generally used to deal with unprocessed raw materials or leftover materials to make their size smaller. A representative example is to tear up the leftover materials of plastic or rubber and melt them as raw materials for granulation, which can be used to make plastic bottles, tires or garbage cans again. The shredder is used in the plastic recycling industry.
   It is commonly used for the crushing of waste large-diameter PE plastic pipes, baled plastic films, large piles of plastic sheets and machine head materials

3.Type of structure:
The commonly used structures of shredder mainly include double axis (or four axis) shearing type, single axis roll cutting type and tearing type for coarse crushing.
1) Shear shredder
The most common is the shear crusher, which has two to four knife shafts. It mainly relies on the principle of "cutting and cutting" to complete the crushing process. The principle of this crusher is to crush objects like scissors.
2) Roll cutting mill
Figure 1 shows the structure of a roll cutting crusher. The machine is equipped with a plurality of blades on a rotating knife roller to form a counter cutting with a fixed blade to complete the effect of material crushing.

6. Equipment operation:
 

5.1 Preparation:
before starting the machine, first check whether there are materials, sundries and jamming in the crushing chamber; before
starting the machine every day, check whether all fasteners are completely fastened, and deal with them immediately if they are loose; check the lubrication of each rotating part before starting the machine

5.3machine operation:
When the machine is running, the maintenance personnel should often go to the side of the machine to observe the operation: whether the machine has abnormal sound. If it occurs, first determine the position, and then stop the machine for inspection and treatment; whether the temperature rise of the motor is too high. Under normal conditions, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC; check whether the bolts at the rotating part are loose. If they are loose, stop the machine immediately.

5.4Shut dowu:
Before the machine stops working normally, the feeding shall be stopped first, and the crusher can be stopped only after all materials in the standby are broken. In case of machine failure or dangerous situation, the power supply can be cut off immediately.
