Product Description
1.The aquatic weed harvesters are hydraulically driven with reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head to cut the aquatic weed.
2.The weed is then transferred from the front conveyor through middle conveyor to the storage hold,with the water filtrated during the tranportating.
3.The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants and this harvested weed is then transferred to the shoreline or into a dump truck via a shore conveyor.
River cleaning harvester working principle :
Hydraulic motor to drive the in front of the scissors to cut the reed . weed and hyacinth so on . after aquatic plant is cutted by the scissor then it is deliveried to the storage by the convery belt . diesel engine provide the power for the generator sets and hydraulic system .we can according to the customers request to equipped the baler to process the plant . it is convinent and expand the storage capacity .
Weed harvester is used for collecting the floating trash,aquatic weed in reservoirs,rivers and lakes.The machine is designed for easy operation, high efficiency, stable performance. All the collecting,conveying,draining,stocking and transporting movement can be completed by one man via controlling the buttons and swifts on the control desk. The work efficiency of the machine is thirty times as much as people cleaning.
The weed harvester is controlled by hydraulic system and all the hydraulic parts have high quality sealing effect to make sure that all the working processes completely satisfy the environment protection requests without oil leakage and noise.
In the course of technical designing, We have considered special requirements for local tropical climate conditions such as meteorological and waters distributing state ect.
