Our factory  Automatic Algae Salvage Ship  / Seagrass Collecting Harvester/Seabed Plant Harvesting Machine is the most professional tool to remove aquatic plant from river, lake creeks or some other inland waterways.

It's equipped with horizental cutting knife to cut the grass in the water. And the vertical knife to cut the grass connections. With the aquatic weed harvester going forward and the  running converyor belt, the cut aquatic weed can be transported to the storage cabin.

When the storage cabin is full, the machine will sail to the bank or some barges to discharge the aquatic plant out.One  harvester is at least 10 times harvesting efficiency than by hand.

Only one worker is enough to operate the machine!

The role of each component:

1	Front collection arm	Including the harvesting system and transmission system of the mowing boat. The cutting teeth on both sides and the bottom cut off the waterweed and transmit it to the rear storage bin through the stainless steel chain moving in the middle.
2	Wheel	The traveling wheel of the mowing boat adopts the design of paddle wheel, which is light, convenient and not easy to entangle with waterweed.
3	Storage space	The rear storage bin is a temporary storage bin for harvested waterweed, which has the characteristics of large capacity and easy loading and unloading.
4	Hull	The hull is made of high-quality materials, including three parts: bottom plate, side plate, and deck. Excellent texture, strong and durable.
5	Operation room	The control room is the main control console of the entire mower, which can control the movement, rotation, rising and sinking of the collection arm, forward and reverse rotation of the collection chain, etc. The control room adopts a transparent window design, which provides a wide field of view and facilitates operation.

1. If the goods are shipped in containers,we will be fixed with special ropes.

2. If bulk cargo transportation is selected,We will cover the hull with plastic film to prevent corrosion and damage to the hull caused by rain or sea water, and fix the plastic film with special ropes to ensure the integrity of the goods during transportation.
