    This integrated laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is specially designed for complex laboratory effluent with characteristics of discontinuous discharge, strong corrosiveness, diverse pollutants (acids, alkalis, heavy metals, organic solvents, pathogens) and poor biodegradability. It integrates multiple treatment processes including pH neutralization, heavy metal chelation, flocculation sedimentation, advanced oxidation, photocatalytic reaction, multi-medium filtration and composite disinfection into one compact skid-mounted unit.

    With PLC fully automatic control system, online pH monitoring and automatic reagent dosing, the equipment realizes unattended operation: auto-start when wastewater comes, auto-standby when no water, with complete fault alarm and safety protection functions. The effluent meets GB8978-1996, GB/T 31962-2015 and GB18466-2005 discharge standards. It is widely used in chemical labs, biological labs, hospital labs, CDC labs, testing centers and school laboratories.

Product Description

1. Wastewater Collection & Equalization Tank
    Laboratory wastewater is collected into the PE equalization tank to balance water quantity and homogenize water quality. The wastewater preliminarily neutralizes each other in the tank, reducing subsequent acid & alkali reagent consumption. Float level switch controls pump start-stop automatically.

2. pH Neutralization System
    Wastewater is pumped into the neutralization unit. Online pH sensor monitors water quality in real time, and controls metering pumps to add acid or alkali accurately, adjusting pH to 6-9. Under alkaline condition, heavy metal ions such as iron, chromium, copper, lead and nickel react with OH to form hydroxide precipitates.

3. Heavy Metal Capture & Micro-electrolysis Unit
    Special heavy metal chelating agent is added to efficiently capture and precipitate residual heavy metal ions in ionic and complex states. The micro-electrolysis device uses iron-carbon filler to form micro galvanic cells, which improves biodegradability, removes chroma and further removes dissolved heavy metals.

4. Flocculation & Sedimentation System
    PAC and PAM are dosed accurately to make fine suspended particles and colloids aggregate into large flocs. The inclined plate sedimentation device achieves efficient solid-liquid separation. Sludge is discharged to the sludge collection tank regularly, and supernatant flows to the next treatment stage.

5. Advanced Oxidation System
    Ozone and hydroxyl radical advanced oxidation technology decomposes refractory organic pollutants such as phenols, cyanides, benzene and toluene, removes chroma, odor and residual metal ions. The reaction is fast with no secondary pollution, and COD removal efficiency reaches over 92%.

6. Photocatalytic Reaction Unit
    UVC ultraviolet photocatalytic technology further degrades small molecule organic pollutants, and simultaneously achieves sterilization and algae removal. The 304 stainless steel reactor has strong corrosion resistance and stable treatment effect.

7. Multi-medium Filtration System
    Four-stage filtration including precision filtration, activated carbon adsorption, PP fine filtration and ultrafiltration membrane removes fine particles, residual colloids, organic impurities, bacteria and viruses. The system is equipped with automatic backwash function to extend filter service life.

8. Composite Disinfection System
    Dual disinfection of chlorine dioxide and ultraviolet kills pathogenic microorganisms including bacteria, spores, viruses and fungi comprehensively, ensuring effluent microbiological indicators meet the standard. No drug resistance, broad sterilization spectrum and safe without residual.

9. Compliance Discharge
    Treated effluent is discharged to municipal sewer network or reused for toilet flushing and greening.
