Process Characteristics

1.Acid-base neutralization tank: Mainly treats strong acids and strong bases in the waste liquid. The waste liquid enters the acid-base neutralization tank through the collection box. The entire system is controlled by PLC and equipped with online pH monitoring. It can achieve automatic drug addition and automatic discharge.
2.Floculation and sedimentation device: Causes suspended particles in the wastewater to aggregate and grow larger, forming flocs, and then forming sedimentation.
3.Heavy metal catcher: Uses special fillers from Kehang to adsorb and remove all heavy metals, thus meeting the discharge standards.
Photocatalytic reactor: Can mineralize and degrade most organic pollutants in water and remove chloride ions. It also has a bactericidal and antibacterial effect.
4.Micro-electrolysis reactor: Utilizes the fillers filled in the reactor to greatly improve the biodegradability of wastewater, remove color and heavy metals.
5.Active adsorption device: Utilizes the porous nature of activated carbon to adsorb harmful substances in water onto the solid surface and remove them. Activated carbon adsorption has a good effect on organic substances, colloids, microorganisms, residual chlorine, odor, etc. in water, and also has a certain reducing effect, thus having a good removal effect on oxidants in water.
