Work Sequence
1) The HRXS series diamond washing plant are designed according to your specific mining conditions and requirements.
2) Feeding system with grizzly hopper feeder, water spray pipes inside the hopper for spray waters to the soils.
3) Heavy duty clay scrubber with inside high pressure water spray pipes for breaking off hard clay. (if required)
4) Double sieve trommel screen with NSK bearings and high pressure water spray pipes on both sides for washing, screening and separating.
5) Double diamond recovery systems to ensure highest recovery rate of diamond (up to 98%).
6) Water supplying systems with multiple sets of big power submersible slurry pumps, hoses, valves, etc.
7) Powering system with Cumins diesel generator with all batteries, cables and wires.
8) Multiple sets of heavy duty mining type tires with towing mechanism for fully mobility and portability.
9) Easy for installation, operation and maintaining.
Feed
Constructed from thickened steel plates with welded
joints, the hopper features a wide opening for direct loading
from excavators or loaders. Its ample single-load capacity
reduces frequent refilling, ensuring continuous operation.
The Screw Barrel Screen is installed between the drum screen and the hopper to cut gold/diamond ore encased in yellow mud/clay.
The drum screen is typically designed with dual-layer screens, allowing replacement of screens with different apertures based on ore particle size. The inner screen has larger apertures, while the outer screen has smaller apertures.
Constructed from carbon steel for robust durability.
The drum is inclined at an angle, propelling ore forward through gravity and rotational force.
Seamlessly integrates with feeding hoppers, ore washing troughs, and other equipment.
