Utilizing a continuous "shredding-suction-transport" operation mode, combined with an optimized hydraulic model mud pump and high-strength cutter, it can efficiently handle viscous soil, compacted sand layers, gravel layers, and lightly weathered rock without the risk of pipe blockage.

The steel pile positioning system can withstand wind and waves of force 6-8, ensuring stability for nearshore and inland waterway operations.

1	Designed for shallow waters (1.5-10m deep) and loose sand deposits along riverbanks. The equipment features a shallow-draft hull that can freely navigate nearshore shallows, and its production capacity of 120-240 m³/h allows for efficient sand mining.
2	Inland river mining projects involve excavating mineral resources such as placer gold and feldspar sand deposited at the bottom of riverbeds.
3	Used for clearing silt, clay, and sediment layers from riverbeds, restoring the river's flood discharge capacity and navigability.

1The most significant technological breakthrough of the Warmann pump is its dual-casing structure, where the pump body and cover are equipped with independently replaceable wear-resistant liners (impeller, casing, wear plate, etc.).

2.When dealing with high-concentration, highly abrasive slurries, there is no need to replace the entire pump body; only the liner components need to be replaced to restore performance, increasing maintenance efficiency by more than 40% and significantly reducing the total life cycle cost of the equipment.

3.This design is particularly important for dredgers transporting mud containing sand and gravel or volcanic rock particles, and for mining plants transporting high-concentration ore slurries.

The cylinder block and cylinder head feature a high-strength integrated design, coupled with reinforced cylinder liners and chrome-plated piston rings, capable of withstanding extremely high mechanical and thermal loads.  The forced-cooling articulated piston further enhances heat and wear resistance.

 

Hydraulic cutter head system :

 

During dredging operations, the cutter head is prone to encountering sudden impact loads from hidden rocks and hard formations. The hydraulic system features a built-in overload protection function-when the cutting resistance exceeds a set threshold, the relief valve automatically releases pressure, preventing damage to core components such as the cutter shaft and transmission gears due to overload. This provides "flexible protection" and significantly reduces the failure and maintenance rate.
