This integrated laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is specially designed for the harmless treatment of waste liquid produced in various laboratories. It can effectively treat mixed wastewater containing organic matter, heavy metals, acid, alkali, bacteria, suspended solids and other pollutants generated in the process of chemical analysis, biological experiments, medical testing, scientific research and teaching. The equipment adopts an integrated structure, with compact layout, small floor area, high degree of automation, stable operation and low operating cost, fully meeting the national and local environmental protection discharge standards.
The equipment adopts an integrated treatment process combining physical sedimentation, chemical neutralization, flocculation precipitation, oxidation decomposition, multi-media filtration and disinfection sterilization.
1. Collect the laboratory wastewater into the regulating tank to balance water quality and quantity.
2. Remove suspended solids and colloidal pollutants through pH adjustment, coagulation and precipitation.
3. Oxidize and decompose organic pollutants to reduce COD and chroma.
4. Further purify water quality through precision filtration and activated carbon adsorption.
5. Disinfect with ultraviolet or ozone to kill bacteria and ensure effluent safety.
6. The treated water can be discharged up to standard or recycled for non-direct contact water.
