1.This system use for hospital comprehensive wastewater. It adopts the mature A²/O biological process and integrates , anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, secondary sedimentation tank and disinfection tank inside one integral steel tank. |
2.The system is equipped with submersible lifting pumps, Roots blower, high-efficiency biological packing, microporous aeration units, nitrification recirculation & sludge recirculation system, PLC automatic control and mobile remote monitoring function. |
3.It can effectively degrade organic contaminants, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen. The disinfection unit removes pathogenic bacteria in medical sewage. The pumps and blowers are equipped with 1-working +1-standby configuration to ensure continuous stable running. |
4.With compact prefabricated construction, it saves land space, easy for transportation and quick on-site installation for medical institutions. |
1.Raw hospital combined wastewater flows into the existing septic tank for preliminary removal of large suspended solids. |
2.Wastewater is lifted by pump to the equalization tank to balance water quantity and pollutant concentration. |
3.The effluent is pumped into the anaerobic tank for hydrolysis and acidification of organic substances. |
4.Water flows to the anoxic tank, where nitrified liquid recycled from the aerobic tank achieves denitrification for total nitrogen removal. |
5.In the aerobic tank, aerobic microbes decompose organic pollutants and convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate. |
6.Mixed liquor enters the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. Settled sludge is recycled back to the anaerobic tank. |
7.Supernatant enters the disinfection tank. The disinfectant dosing device adds disinfectant to kill pathogens. |
8.Treated effluent is discharged to the municipal sewer network. |
