2.Overview of chemical machine:

   Chemical machine is divided into two types, one is the humidifier and the other is the dryer.

First, let's talk about the operating principle of the humidifier: the humidifier uses high-pressure saturated hot steam to directly touch the animal

corpse tissue. When the hot steam meets the animal corpse, it will condense into water, and then release a lot of heat energy, and then achieve

the effect of oil melting and protein condensation. Together, we will completely kill the pathogen of animal corpse with the help of high

temperature and high pressure. In short: humidifier is a machine and equipment that uses the principle of humidification to sterilize the corpse

or diseased part of diseased animals at high temperature. After humidification and mechanization, the animal body can be boiled into industrial

oil, and other residues will occur together.

The operation principle of the drying machine is relatively simple. The dead animals or wastes are directly placed in the evolution machine under

the action of dry heat and pressure, and then the purpose of chemical system is achieved. (the hot steam is circulated in the interlayer without

touching the chemical animal carcass or waste).

3.technological process:


The process adopts the method of high temperature and high pressure. The central temperature of the treated material is ≥ 140 ºC, the pressure

is ≥ 0.4MPa (pressure), the time is ≥ 4h, and the material (livestock and poultry carcass, slaughtering waste and hatchery waste) shall be kept

warm and pressure for 30 minutes to convert the material (livestock and poultry carcass, slaughtering waste and hatchery waste) into meat and

bone meal and oil. The harmful gas generated in the treatment process shall be subject to multistage treatment, and finally meet the discharge

standard.
